Dues are $65 per year. By submitting an application, you are agreeing to subscribe to the principles and purposes of the organization, as described in the "Who We Are" section of this website.

Each annual membership includes a complimentary subscription to the Accident Reconstruction Journal (ARJ), which is published 6 times each year. Each member will receive 6 issues of ARJ in digital form via email with each membership period. Each membership period which will run about one year from date of payment (Sometimes dates are moved slightly to get the latest issue into your hands ASAP.) 

Members have access to the entire back catalog of digitized ARJ and Accident Investigation Quarterly magazines, an exclusive benefit for NAPARS members. We offer this through an agreement with the publisher, Victor Craig. Please remember that these documents are copyrighted, and don't share them around or online, ok?

NAPARS maintains a digital "Reference Library" accessible to all members. It currently has about 130 items that members might find useful or interesting, ranging from the 1940 legal decision to accept "speed from skids" to a recent Cargo Securement handbook. There are also various conference presentations, proceedings, and various crash test videos. 

An index of ARJ and AIQ articles has been assembled for NAPARS members, as well, which includes the Reference Library items. It takes the form of an Excel document with approximately 3,500 line items. inside Excel, you can search for individual words, or sort by keyword.
