SUMMARY:

Over the past two years, Gerald Baum at the Dallas Police Department has developed a program utilizing Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) to document crash scenes through videography, an innovative and cost-effective approach compared to traditional methods.

This technology and method allows for detailed aerial views, which has proven highly effective in courtroom presentations, and is supported and developed with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. Gerald has given this presentation to law enforcement and government agencies, including LEDA, Council of Governments, and the Texas Public Safety Robotics Summit. And now he'll be sharing the techniques and process with us.

NOTE: Unlike many of our Zoomies, this one will NOT be recorded, and the slide deck will NOT be available in the reference library. Sorry.
