    The Texas Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists (TAARS) and the Society Of Accident Reconstructionists (SOAR) usually team up for an annual conference in Texas. This year's dates are Oct 16-18. Bill Messerschmidt will be the primary speaker, discussing Heavy Vehicle EDR. There will _most likely_ be an ACTAR test before the conference - follow up with them or ACTAR for confirmation.
